I’ve been a beautician since 2006 and I love what I do, it gives me great satisfaction to help people feel good about themselves. On my Journey I’ve found that it’s just as important, if not more important to look after the inner you. I now offer treatments that focus on the inner you like Reiki, Chakra Balancing Meditation Classes and Sound Bath and Healing Massage.

The world crisis of 2020 has allowed us to be more creative and seek out ways of providing a better business for others to join and provide a wider range of services for our clients.

Thank you for hosting the winter refuel event last Saturday.

I appreciate you for what you do, what you give, and who you are. Opening your home and sharing your space, sharing food that nourishes the soul.
The communication circle was the best part for me. Being vulnerable is never easy, and it felt so natural to share and be open in that space, so thank you for that.

The writing and letting go burning part was a great way to release some things I'd been carrying. I do wish I was able to stay and watch them burn away, and I do wish I was able to go in the Jacuzzi. However, I realised being the driver meant I had to get my friend back in time.

The lesson learned from that is that next time I come on my own, I can get the full benefit of the space and offerings. I'm not saying I wouldn't tell my friend about it; I just know that I am as important as everyone else; I matter too.

Hi my name is Jo and I've been having treatments with Isha over 9 years now and I'm so very happy with the service I receive from her. She always greets me with a smile and when I go to her feeling low, by the time she's finished I'm feeling loads better as she will allow me to offload and in return she gives me sound advice during my treatments. She always has the products I want/need and if I decide to have something extra, she never says no. A lovely and clean environment, good service I love going to her ❤️
